Overview

This course is aimed at those who need to be very clear about how they communicate to ensure that the message is received and more importantly. Communication is one of the biggest areas of cost to any business in that people interpret information from their own perspective. The ‘hands on’ approach of the course will allow participants to explore further features of the subject.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course users will be able to successfully communicate using a range of mediums. They will be able to ensure that they know what they have to find out and what questions to ask to ensure that they identify the correct information.
